Shipping Policy
At Raivens, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and courier service process the orders, which takes an additional 12-24 Hours.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the shipping method you've chosen and your location.
Shipping Methods: We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping: Delivers in 1-2 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 0-1 business days.
3. Overnight Shipping: Delivers in 2 working hours. Please note, orders must be placed by 12 pm local time for overnight delivery.
International Shipping: We ship to various countries around the world. However, certain restrictions and special circumstances might apply. International shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, RAIVENS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions: Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an order is placed with a P.O. Box in the shipping address, we will reach out to secure an alternative address which may delay your shipping times.
Track Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website.
