Shipping policy
Wirelays is the online store of Raivens Industries, Tonk, Rajasthan. We ship orders across India with our courier partners.
Dispatch time
We dispatch your order on the next working day after the payment or order is confirmed. Our working days are Monday to Saturday.
Delivery time
After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the courier partner and your location. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days; remote areas can take longer. Delivery dates given by couriers are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹500 and above: free shipping.
- Orders below ₹500: ₹75 shipping.
The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with the courier name and the tracking link.
Damaged or missing parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged or opened, please take photos or an unboxing video and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item after checking it with the courier. If your parcel has not arrived in the expected time, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
Delivery address
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please give a full address with pincode and a phone number the courier can call.
Orders from outside India
Please contact us before you order. Shipping to other countries is arranged case by case, and customs duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
